Schlafly Brewing’s annual Stout & Oyster Festival brings 50,000 raw Oysters (and oyster shuckers) from both coasts to St. Louis, and will introduce a group of new stout beers, per usual, but also will feature FREE Live Local Music for the duration of the 2 day event!
This year’s event will take place at Schlafly Bottleworks, at 7260 Southwest Ave. in Maplewood, MO from 5-9pm Friday and 11am-9pm Saturday, March 8 and 9, 2024.

The Funky Butt Brass Band was formed in 2008 by six talented musicians who respect and revere the New Orleans brass band tradition. The FBBB takes traditional New Orleans brass tunes and sprinkles in their own brand of special Saint Louis musical magic. At any given gig, you’ll also hear some Chicago blues, Memphis soul, Southern rock and St. Louis R&B.

Sean Canan’s Voodoo Soul featuring Hillary Fitz &Tish Period
Sean Canan’s Voodoo Players began as a weekly jam at the Broadway Oyster Bar in January 2014 with Sean Canan at the helm of a revolving cast of the top musicians from the St. Louis region. For the Voodoo Soul performance, Sean will be joined by an all-star cast including Nate Hershey on keys, Andy Coco on bass, and Tony Barbata on drums, along with Tish and Hillary Fitz providing soulful vocals. Ranging from ’50s Motown hits to ’70s Stevie Wonder. with sounds of the Jerry Garcia Band and even some ’80s Prince, Voodoo Soul will offer something for everyone’s tastes!
